Pamela Noble is the 2025-2026 TRAICE Academy Middle School Teacher of the Year!

Pamela joined Team Tulsa in 1997, and this is her seventeenth year at TRAICE. We asked her a few questions to learn more about her and her time in Tulsa Public Schools.

What led you to a career in education?

My path into teaching began by chance, but it has become a choice I continue to make every day. I have spent my entire career in alternative education because it is the most meaningful and rewarding place for me to serve. I wanted to work with students who had not experienced success in traditional school settings and help provide the tools they need to learn and thrive. Once students’ individual challenges are addressed, learning can truly begin, and I value being part of that transformation.

What is your favorite thing about your work?

The best part of my job is learning alongside my students every day. They continually teach me about strength, honesty, courage, and resilience. My goal is to create a positive learning environment so that when students return to their home schools, they leave equipped with confidence and new skills for success.

What is one thing you are passionate about outside of teaching?

I am deeply passionate about service and supporting vulnerable youth, which extends beyond the classroom and into my everyday life.

Is there anything else you would like to share?

I bring a heart for service and a strong commitment to student growth to TRAICE Academy each day. I believe in creating a classroom environment where students feel valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential. Through my dedication to alternative education, I work to help students rediscover confidence in themselves and their abilities. I am proud to be part of a school community that focuses on second chances, perseverance, and building brighter futures for every learner who walks through its doors.
